Shaw developed the safety management plan that was applied across all of its operations to ensure best work practice and safety to all stakeholders. Overtime the implementation has reduced workplace incidents and accidents and changed the culture dramatically.
As time goes on the upgrading and further implementation of this plan is proving to be a positive influence in safety culture across all Shaw Contracting worksites.
