Shaw replaced timber ballast guards with steel along the Caroline Creek rail bridge during a planned shutdown. Despite challenging environmental constraints, tight access windows, design issues, and holiday-period manufacturing delays, the project was completed safely, on time and under budget. Shared resourcing with another concurrent project supported a smooth delivery and strong financial outcome.
