Shaw completed 7km of rerail, resleepering, and ballast replacement across six sites between Bridgewater and Boyer for TasRail. Limited access required specialised rail equipment and precise logistics. Despite environmental constraints including an eagle nesting site, Shaw finished ahead of schedule and met all quality and operational requirements without disrupting train services.
