Shaw delivered infrastructure upgrades across 4 TasRail sites, converting passive rail crossings to active control with installation of new lights. Works included conduit installation, 1,500m of rerail and resleepering, formation renewal, and installation of Edilon slabs. Despite varying scopes and multiple remote sites, Shaw completed all works efficiently and was awarded additional electrical packages due to strong performance.
