Shaw replaced defective welds and re-railed over multiple sections across TasRail’s network, including bridge works and reuse-specific demolition. As the project progressed, the scope expanded to include four additional sites. Shaw adapted quickly, reprogramming works and coordinating closely with TasRail and suppliers to deliver all tasks on time, to specification, and with a strong focus on safety.
