TASK
Shaw was engaged to install 16.8km of ductile iron concrete-lined (DICL) pipeline through farmland, forest, and environmentally sensitive areas. The high-pressure system required complex concrete structures and remote pours. Works were scheduled around wildlife habitats and wet conditions, with innovative methods used to maintain site access and safety. The project was delivered ahead of schedule with no adverse environmental impact.
