TASK
Shaw completed formation renewal works at 13 sites across the TasRail network, replacing embankments, structural fill, capping and ballast layers, and installing over 5,500m of new rail and sleepers. The project was delivered safely, with no disruption to train movements, and met key funding milestones while remaining within the original contract sum.
