Shaw delivered upgrades to the foreshore and esplanade at Bicheno Gulch, improving vehicle flow, parking, pedestrian access and drainage in this popular tourist area. Works were staged to minimise disruption, with careful environmental management around local penguin habitats. Shaw collaborated closely with the client and designers to adapt plans and optimise outcomes, enhancing both functionality and amenity for residents and visitors.
