TASK
To address slope instability, Shaw realigned 710m of track for TasRail within a tight corridor, managing 17,000m³ of material and installing stormwater upgrades under live rail traffic. Despite geotechnical challenges, weed control constraints and limited rail access, Shaw met all deadlines and environmental requirements—delivering a safe, compliant and high-quality outcome with zero disruption to train operations.
