TASK
Shaw delivered the mill site earthworks, access roads, and Stage 1 of the Tailings Storage Facility at Avebury Mine, including decant infrastructure, seepage collection, drainage systems and connection to the dam and wetlands ponds. Despite the project’s complexity, spanning excavation, blasting, pipe installation and environmental controls, Shaw completed the works ahead of schedule, enabling early construction of the process plant.
