Shaw delivered intersection upgrades on one of Launceston’s busiest roads, removing high-risk right turns as part of the Invermay Traffic Masterplan. Works included new traffic signals, drainage, pavements, and service relocations, all completed under night shifts to maintain daytime traffic flow. Despite complex service clashes and design challenges, Shaw improved safety, traffic efficiency, and pedestrian access in a high-profile urban environment.
